Company Description

At Sigmavalue, we are building India's leading AI-powered PropTech ecosystem with products like Real Estate Simulator, PropGPT, and Automated Valuation Software. Our sister concern, VSJC Valuers LLP, is an IBBI-registered valuation firm empanelled with multiple financial institutions and corporates. Together, we provide end-to-end solutions in real estate data analytics, valuation, and micromarket research.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to drive growth, onboard clients, and build strong business relationships.

Role Description

  • Identify and generate leads across developers, investors, bankers, and financial institutions.
  • Pitch Sigmavalue dashboards, AI solutions, and VSJC valuation services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and product walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with the product and valuation teams to customize solutions for client needs.
  • Meet sales targets and prepare regular sales forecasts/reports.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications
