Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key contributor to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, strong client engagement, and accurate performance tracking. This role requires someone who is highly organized, analytical, and motivated to take on increasing responsibilities, including team leadership and sales strategy development. The successful candidate will have a clear path to transition into management while contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations:
    Maintain the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring all leads, client communications, calls, and meetings are accurately logged and followed up.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and analyze KPIs for the sales team, such as outreach activity, meetings, proposals, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights to improve team efficiency and results.
  • Team Support:
    Assist sales agents with client communications, follow-ups, and problem resolution. Act as a point of escalation when needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the sales cycle.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional and global revenue targets. Participate in key sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and deal closure.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.
  • Business Development:
    Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and contribute to proactive sales outreach strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and align on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Preparation for Management:
    Gradually take on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior sales agents, leading meetings, and contributing to team planning and strategy development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum [3] years of experience in sales, client management, or business development (preferably in fashion industry).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of results with a desire to grow into a management role.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales reporting tools is a plus.
