About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by generating leads, understanding client needs, and presenting our IT/software solutions

effectively.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online demos.

● Understand customer requirements and share suitable product information.

● Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and detailed product discussions.

● Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.

● Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and basic product documentation.

● Build strong relationships with prospects to support the sales conversion process.

Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate in any field (preferred).

● Fluent communication skills (verbal & written).

● Confidence in interacting with clients over calls and meetings.

● Basic understanding of IT/software products (training will be provided).

● Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
