Department Details Role Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Align global LCM strategies and translate them into actionable program plan

• Drive continuous improvement, business continuity deliverables

• Develop detailed timeline, resources plan and budget for LCM activities

• Ensure timely delivery of milestones, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.

• Track progress and proactively resolve issues or delays.

• Adhere to internal governance process; prepare and deliver updates to governance forums program update and decisions required
Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with science or engineering background from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.

• MBA and/or PMP certification is desired.

• years in Biopharmaceutical industry with strong understanding of drug development and commercialization process

• At-least 3 years on direct program management in preferable.

• Strong analytical acumen and attention to detail.

• Leadership skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders

• Proficiencies in project management tools; advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, Power BI and other tools helpful in tracking and monitoring timelines

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
