OfficeReports to (Position): Group Manager - TBR EngineeringDepartment/Function: TBR Engineering Purpose of the Job: To Sustainand improve equipment availability to produce the targeted tyres in TBR with quality standard adherence while ensuring safe work practices and operating at the budgeted costthrough adhering all standards & Systems and with Total EmployeeInvolvement.Major Responsibilities: Adherence to Apollo Safe Way implementation planAdherence to FunctionalSafety Road MapExtrusion/Cutters/Winding/Apexing breakdown reductionS&S Cost TBR control within budgetAdherence to Quality SystemOptimisation/Reduction of Non Moving inventory > 5 Years& Cost > 2 lacsCompletion of identified indigenisation projects in TBRTo improve the equipment availability in TBR Extruders,Cutters,Apexing,WIndingRecording of Analysis(RCA) for interruption in TBR in Miantwiz for either of the criteria A.> 60minsB.Related to Scrap/Rework Availability of Critical Spares/ Contingency Management for critical Equipments in TBRSI adherence at each BUClosure of Identified abnormalitiesSkills: Good leadership qualitiesMan management and Inter personal skillsProblem solving and decision-making abilityTrouble shooting skillsAnalytical skills,Interpersonal skills, Planning and execution skillsRelevant Experience: 10+ YearsEducation Qualification(s): B.E/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
