Role & responsibilities

Technical and Cosng Proposals:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for Requests for Quotaon from the sales team.


• Perform necessary technical calculaons to provide appropriate soluons for

industrial gearboxes, especially helical and bevel-helical types.


• Create detailed and accurate price and technical offers for gearboxes, spares, and

accessories.


• Handle a high volume of offers under pressure while adhering to established company

processes.


• Customer and Internal Collaboraon:


• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide

technical clarificaons.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including Purchase, Producon, Tesng, and Logiscs,

to ensure proposals are feasible and accurate.


• Address technical queries and provide support to customers and internal stakeholders

throughout the enre order lifecycle.


• Post-Order Support:


• Prepare layout drawings and other technical documentaon as required once an order

is confirmed.


• Clarify any doubts related to the order for internal departments and the customer.
