Role Purpose

The role holder will provide support to Vertical Lead - Geology in ensuring timely project delivery by coordinating with consultants and overseeing subcontractors. Responsible for delivering accurate logging analysis, conducting geological investigations, and maintaining safety standards. Provide support in stakeholder management, documentation, and timely MIS reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with consultants for drawing delivery, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
  • Oversee subcontractors work delivery, ensuring quality meets project standards.
  • Provide detailed and accurate logging analysis for all geological works.
  • Collaborate with the manager to offer valuable insights into geological data.
  • Conduct comprehensive geological investigations, ensuring accuracy in investigation reports.
  • Submit proposals to the manager for safety enhancements based on geological findings.
  • Maintain real-time records for all joint inspections with clients, eliminating gaps in documentation.
  • Timely raise red flags and contribute to effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project information is properly documented and secured.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

  • BE/ B. Tech in Geosciences with 4-6 years experience in construction industry.
  • M. Tech in Geosciences with 3-4 years experience.
  • Experience of having worked in the area of Geology at Tunnel project.
