Job Description: Assistant Facility Manager (Co-Working Space) Location: Bangalore, India   Positions Available: 3   CTC: ₹7,00,000 per annum

Position Overview
As an Assistant Facility Manager, you will operate as the second lead to the Facility Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient facility operation of our co-working spaces. You will support the Facility Manager in managing all aspects of facility operations, including building utilities, safety protocols, maintenance, and client services. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the premium standards of our co-working spaces and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our clients.
Client Services: Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure that all client-facing areas are well-maintained and meet the highest service standards. Coordinate with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, manpower suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Assist in managing contracts and relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Safety and Compliance   Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in conducting regular safety audits and drills to maintain a secure work environment. Support the implementation of safety and emergency response plans. Identify areas for improvement in facility operations and work with the Facility Manager to implement new processes.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree with specialized training in Facility Management, Hospitality, or General Management will be preferred Must have 3+ years of experience in Corporate Services, administration facility management, hospitality, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
