About the job

We are looking for an exceptional Sr Quality Analyst to work with our QA team. 4-5 years' experience in testing.

Responsibility:

  1. Defining quality standards and metrics for the current project/product.

  2. Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon.

  3. Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.

  4. Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable

  5. criteria to check the quality on a timely basis.

  6. Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle.

  7. Planning and scheduling several milestones and tasks like alpha and beta testing.

  8. Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.

  9. Work closely on the deadlines of the project

  10. Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.

  11. Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality processes with every project.

  12. Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders.

  13. Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance etc. are getting covered.

  14. Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry. This may include finding new strategies for automation testing and day to day work processes like agile and scrum.

  15. Setting up goals and objectives for QA Engineers

  3. Well hands in api testing using POSTMAN too
