Inviting applications for the role of Manger, Business Analyst with Project Management

In this role, the professional will ensure that client disclosures align with current regulations and best practices. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and a blend of business analysis and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead working groups- Collaborating with Leadership team, finance team, sustainability teams, to understand regulatory requirements and coordinate project progress
  • Perform a gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current practices and the regulatory requirements
  • Develop a detailed project plan outlining timelines, key milestones, resources required, and risk management strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project processes, compliance requirements, and stakeholder meetings to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business , or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Proven experience in business analysis and project management roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus
  • Strong knowledge of regulations

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Understanding of sustainability regulations and compliance standards
