We are seeking a senior procurement professional to lead sourcing and purchasing operations for our solar cell manufacturing plant. The role requires strategic leadership, strong vendor management skills, and in-depth knowledge of raw materials used in solar cell production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials and components (e.g., silicon wafers, conductive materials, anti-reflective coatings).
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams for material specification alignment.
  • Optimize inventory management to prevent stockouts and reduce excess.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years in procurement/supply chain management (manufacturing preferred).
  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience in solar or renewable energy is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
