Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – Product Architect -Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance, among others, set to expand across service lines.
Genpact is building the next generation of AI-powered enterprises through its Agentic AI team—focused on designing intelligent, autonomous agents that drive end-to-end business transformation.

We are looking for a visionary and highly skilled Vice President – Product Architect to lead architecture design and product strategy for next-generation Agentic AI solutions within the Financial Services domain. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping intelligent, autonomous systems that transform banking, capital markets, and insurance operations.
As a Product Architect, you will drive end-to-end solution design, validate feasibility, engage closely with global financial clients, and guide engineering teams in building secure, scalable, enterprise-grade Agentic AI products. You will blend deep technical expertise with strong client orientation, ensuring that architectures meet both business requirements and modern AI-driven technological standards.

Responsibilities
Product Architecture & Technical Leadership

•    Define the architectural blueprint for Agentic AI products in Financial Services, covering infrastructure, security, data pipelines, model integration, workflow orchestration, and application design.

•    Evaluate and select platforms, tools, and frameworks that support high-performance, compliant, and scalable AI solutions.

•    Drive architectural innovation, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory expectations, and emerging AI capabilities.

•    Risk assessment by thorough evaluation of technical impact of  design decisions including capacity, security and cost
AI-Driven Solution Design

•    Collaborate with AI research and engineering teams to embed LLMs, agentic frameworks, and ML models into financial workflows.

•    Ensure responsible AI principles—explainability, transparency, risk controls, and compliance—are integrated into product design.
Client Engagement & Solution Positioning

•    Lead client conversations on product capabilities, technical options, integration patterns, and transformation opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

•    Partner with engineering, product management, domain SMEs, data teams, and client teams to shape end-to-end product solutions.

•    Ensure architectural alignment across multiple components, microservices, data systems, and integration points.
People Leadership & Team Enablement

•    Provide technical guidance to architecture and engineering teams, fostering high standards of engineering excellence and collaboration.

•    Mentor architects and technologists, enabling capability building in AI, cloud, integration, and financial domain architecture.
Strategic Alignment & Delivery Oversight

•    Ensure the architectural roadmap supports product strategy, client priorities, and Genpact's AI-first transformation agenda.

•    Support proposal creation, solution design reviews, and feasibility assessments for large-scale Agentic AI initiatives.
Domain Expertise in Financial Services

•    Apply deep understanding of financial domain requirements—security, compliance, risk, data governance, and transaction workflows—to architect robust agentic solutions.

•    Translate complex industry needs (KYC, underwriting, claims, fraud, payments, etc.) into scalable, modular product architectures.

Qualifications We Seek
Minimum Qualifications

•    Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas:
Architecture/Infrastructure/Security, Data & AI, Applications, Integration.

•    Strong track record of technology leadership and client-facing solution architecture.

•    Experience working with mid-to-large product companies or enterprise-scale technology environments.
Education

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

•    Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or Data Science is preferred.
Preferred Skills

•    Demonstrated success in architecting solutions for Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets).

•    Strong communication, storytelling, and client advisory skills.

•    Ability to balance technical depth, architectural rigor, and business practicality in fast-paced AI product environments.
