Experience Required:
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least:
3 years in facility setup or greenfield projects and managing enterprise video conferencing platforms
2 years in a managerial role
Education Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Desired Profile:
Experience in setting up and managing IT facilities, greenfield projects and enterprise video conferencing platforms.
Strong knowledge of AV Solutions, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, server/storage systems, virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cybersecurity.
Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and project budgeting.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, ITIL, and data center standards.
Experience with ITIL practices and enterprise monitoring tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail in conducting analysis combined with an ability to accurately record full documentation in support of their work.
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn and a good team player are of course qualities which helps any person to assimilate in our organization

Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure Management
Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of servers, storage, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
2. Video Conferencing & Collaboration Tools
Manage enterprise video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Polycom, etc.)
Ensure seamless integration with meeting rooms, AV hardware, and unified communications systems.
Provide support for virtual events, webinars, and hybrid meetings.
3. Network & Security Oversight
Maintain secure and optimized LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect infrastructure and conferencing platforms.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management.
4. Team, Vendor & Budget Management
Lead infrastructure and AV/VC support engineers.
Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and conferencing services.
Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget.
Ensure SLAs are met and vendor solutions align with business needs.
5. User Support & Training
Provide Tier 2 escalation support for infrastructure and conferencing issues.
Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for staff on conferencing tools.
Monitor user satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery.
6. Project & Change Management
Lead infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and AV/VC system rollouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
7. Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud).
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
8. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, DPDPA, GDPR).
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
Assist with conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
