Job description

  • The Security Shift in charge is responsible for overseeing all security operations during their assigned shift.
  • This role ensures the safety, security, and integrity of assets, personnel, and the premises, with a primary focus on preventing theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and any security breaches.
  • Monitor the Security processes and systems and manage exceptions; Share periodic MIS reports and facilitate operational performance reviews.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in security management, especially in high-value asset environments, and be skilled in managing a team, coordinating with law enforcement, and adhering to strict security protocols.
  • He will oversee security operations & ongoing/ upcoming projects at the Mundra and working closely with the Heads of Department.
  • This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Adani organization, contributing to the success and growth of operations and projects.
