Job Title: 3D Architectural Visualizer

Location: On-Site - Pune

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply)

Preferred Software: Blender, Twinmotion (Others like Unreal Engine, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or 3ds Max are a plus)

Job Overview:

We're looking for a talented Architectural visualizer who can take architectural and design concepts from modeling to final render. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating realistic 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design intent.

You'll work closely with architects, designers, and clients to deliver photo-realistic images, immersive visual experiences, and presentation-ready materials.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create 3D models of architecture, interiors, furniture, and landscapes using Blender or similar tools.

· Develop realistic materials, lighting, and environments for visualization.

· Render high-quality stills, animations, and real-time walkthroughs using Twinmotion (or Unreal/Lumion).

· Manage the entire visualization pipeline — from modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering to post-production.

· Optimize 3D assets for real-time rendering and VR experiences.

· Collaborate with architects and designers to accurately translate design intent into visuals.

· Stay updated with visualization trends, plugins, and rendering technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Blender and Twinmotion (mandatory).

· Strong understanding of architecture, composition, lighting, and materials.

· Knowledge of render engines (Cycles, Twinmotion Renderer, or Unreal Engine).

· Basic post-processing skills in Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools.

· Familiarity with CAD imports (DWG, FBX, IFC) and BIM workflows is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle end-to-end project delivery independently.

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience with animation, camera walkthroughs, and motion graphics.

· Understanding of PBR workflows and asset optimization.

· Familiarity with VR/AR visualization tools.

· Basic understanding of architectural design principles or BIM tools like Revit.

Education:

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Portfolio Requirement:

Applicants must provide a portfolio/demo reel showcasing modeling, lighting, rendering, and animation work — preferably done in Blender or Twinmotion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹43,229.79 per month
