Job Purpose

Responsible for setting up the entire AMISP Service including technology deployment, installation process, manpower deployment and training process, financial processes, infrastructure, material planning, customer service support, etc. with an aim to provide graft-free, transparent, reliable, consumer-centric services and help in improving their revenue management cycle.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure that AMISP processes are designed, implemented, continuously improved and iterated in a way to deliver real consumer & customer benefits
  • Ensure the right resources are sourced, developed and deployed to enable the services on time, within service quality parameters, consistently, cost-effectively and easily
  • Ensure that all service delivery processes while complying with local customer requirements, laws and regulations with the highest safety standards applicable to the services
  • Responsible for setting up the best practices for installation. implementation of laying, installation & commissioning
  • Responsible for setting up the processes of the customer service team to enable them to provide the exceptional experience
  • Responsible for setting up the required infrastructure for effective service delivery.
  • Responsible for Yield management of AMISP Bihar
  • Manage pricing and inventory to support the yield management goals in the AMISP project based on the supply and demand, standard reports, competitive landscape, market conditions, data analysis, etc.
  • Continuous process improvement by various tools and techniques

Qualification & Experience:
B.Tech. Electrical with 15 years plus experience majorly in smart metering industry
