Role & responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including hard and soft services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, security, landscaping, F&B, front office).
  • Ensure uninterrupted services and quick resolution of issues.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage multiple service providers and vendors.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality; conduct performance reviews.
  • Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate stakeholders.
  • Address escalations, conduct review meetings, and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Implement HSE policies, conduct audits, and manage risk assessments.

5. Financial & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage facility budgets.
  • Control operating costs, verify bills, and drive cost-optimization initiatives.

6. Team & Manpower Management

  • Lead site teams, supervisors, and executives.
  • Manage staffing, training, performance, and discipline.

7. Space & Workplace Management

  • Support office fit-outs, relocations, and expansions.
  • Manage space utilization, seating plans, and workplace standards.

8. Reporting & Technology

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Use CAFM / IFM systems for service tracking and asset management.
