Job Responsibilities: We are looking for candidates with over one year of experience who are willing to build their careers in the non-tech domain.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR records, update databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related concerns.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide HR-related reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and handle HR operations efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
