• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the negotiation and acceptance process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during all recruitment activities.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to management.
