Lead a cross-functional team managing Azure cloud, Windows/Linux servers, SQL databases, VMware, and Active Directory

Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and on-prem infrastructure

Ensure high availability and performance of systems through proactive monitoring and automation

Manage identity and access controls using Active Directory and Azure AD

Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to support business-critical systems

Drive incident, problem, and change management processes

Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency

Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs)

10+ years of IT experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure Monitor, Azure Backup)

Windows & Linux Server Administration

SQL Server installation, tuning, and backup strategies

VMware vSphere/ESXi and virtualization best practices

Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Azure AD

Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools

Certifications such as Azure Administrator/Architect, VMware VCP, or MCSE are a plus

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
