Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Assistant Manager - Training. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, monitoring training effectiveness, and ensuring the consistent delivery of quality training to employees. The Assistant Manager will analyze training needs, prepare materials, and work closely with management teams to enhance employee competency. Other responsibilities include maintaining detailed training records and supporting initiatives for staff development.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in training program design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Leadership, collaboration, and team management capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and training software/tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with prior experience in training or a related discipline
  • Experience in a BPO or related industry is an advantage
