Project Context:

The project context revolves around to implement Workday and integrate it with SAP. This involves building a Center of Excellence (CoE) in India to manage work and handle cloud solutions for payroll and time management. The collaboration extends to working with specializing in Workday integration, and requires candidates with expertise in SAP ABAP and related platforms. The project is long-term, with a focus on technological advancements and a structured recruitment process to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.

  1. Technical Skills (Mandatory):

  2. Experience in HR ABAP & SAP HCM

  3. Communication and Coordination (Mandatory):

  4. Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

  5. Ability to coordinate with teams and counterparts

  6. General Competencies:

  7. Attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.

  8. Flexibility in work hours and occasional stretching of work schedules.
  9. Coordination abilities alongside technical expertise.
  10. Adherence to contractual processes and onboarding requirements

Remote work flexibility is available. However, meeting in the office in 3-4 weeks is required.
