About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Creative Studio Director to lead a one-of-a-kind kids podcasting studio. In this role, you will not only manage day-to-day studio operations but also teach children how to create and host their own podcasts in a simple, fun, and engaging way.

You'll guide young creators through the full process — from planning and recording to publishing — while producing high-quality content that entertains, educates, and inspires a broader child audience. Your work will directly support our mission to help kids express themselves while attracting other families to join our growing creative community.

Key Responsibilities

Teach & Mentor Young Podcasters

Work directly with children to help them plan, record, and present their own podcast episodes

Simplify podcasting concepts into fun, kid-friendly activities

Create a supportive environment where kids feel confident and creative on the mic

Produce Engaging Kids-Focused Content

Develop and oversee original podcast and video content created by kids, for kids

Ensure all productions are age-appropriate, high-quality, and align with our studio's educational and entertainment goals

Publish and manage content for platforms such as YouTube, Spotify.

Studio & Parent Engagement

Manage the studio's scheduling, session planning, and technical readiness

Communicate with parents, explain the studio's vision, and help them see the value of podcasting for their child's development

Support a studio culture that is warm, professional, and creatively inspiring

Technical Production

Set up, operate, and maintain audio/video equipment

Edit audio and video using software like Audacity, Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or similar

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth production workflows

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in media production, teaching, or creative leadership roles

Proficient with Video/podcast/audio editing tools and studio equipment

Strong communicator — especially with children and families

Able to balance structure and creativity in a fast-paced studio setting

Passionate about helping kids grow in confidence and self-expression
