Creative Copywriter
who's passionate about words, sharp with structure, and ready to shape stories that stick.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Content Writing:
    Craft compelling scripts for corporate films, short-form videos (reels, explainers), and long-form content (YouTube series, documentaries, brand stories).
  • Creative Development:
    Ideate and structure content narratives in collaboration with directors, editors, and the strategy team, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice.
  • Content Curation & Research:
    Stay ahead of trends, perform in-depth research on diverse topics, and turn insights into engaging video content and campaigns.
  • Copy for Creatives:
    Write sharp, platform-relevant titles, hooks, captions, and microcopy for videos, reels, and social media content that boost engagement and discoverability.
  • Podcast Scripting:
    Contribute to the scripting and editorial flow of podcasts—working on intro/outro segments, key talking points, and summaries.
  • Cross-team Coordination:
    Coordinate with editors, designers, social media managers, and client teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of content.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in creative copywriting, preferably in a media, content, or advertising environment.
  • Stellar command of English—both written and verbal—with a natural flair for storytelling.
  • Strong research skills, an instinct for structure, and the ability to adapt tone across formats and audiences.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setup.
  • A collaborative team player who loves brainstorming and building with others.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Exposure to corporate communication, brand storytelling, or B2B content.
  • Understanding of podcast workflows or voice-first content.
  • Familiarity with content/project management tools like Notion, Trello, or Airtable.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content strategy for social platforms.
