Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in lead generation through cold calling and email outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and email campaigns
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a BDE / Sales Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Experience in cold calling and email marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
- IT industry experience will be an added advantage
