Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in lead generation through cold calling and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling and email campaigns
  • Identify and approach potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a BDE / Sales Executive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience in cold calling and email marketing
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • IT industry experience will be an added advantage
