
Office Administrator/HR

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Maintain office records, files, documentation of projects and social media handling like LinedIn.
- Manage correspondence (Tender documents, emails, letters, phone calls)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, reviews and appointments
- Oversee office supplies and vendor management
- HR and accounts activities like payroll and Voucher creations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
- Handle performance management and appraisal systems
- Support management in strategic HR planning
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com with decent grades.
- Proven experience (23 years) as office administration/HR Manager or similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
