Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Insurance Agent in HDFC ERGO General Insurance. Responsibilities include selling general insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and advising on suitable insurance plans. Additional tasks may include managing insurance brokerage services, working closely with clients to address concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of various Insurance products
  • Experience in Insurance Brokerage and understanding of the financial domain
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in finance or a related field is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field
