Role Description

We are looking for a
results-driven and creative Marketing Lead (Female)
with a strong
QSR or F&B background
to spearhead all brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be ready to
build the marketing vertical from scratch
, drive campaigns, and scale our brand presence across online and offline platforms.

This is a
core leadership role
for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and understands the pulse of the food and beverage market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Identity:
    Build and strengthen Dough & Cream's brand positioning in the competitive QSR landscape.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan and execute
    ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns
    to boost visibility, footfall, and online orders.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing:
    Manage SEO, SEM, social media ads, and aggregator promotions (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
  • Content & Social Media:
    Oversee influencer collaborations, storytelling, and creative brand content.
  • Store Launches & Activations:
    Execute impactful new store launches, mall activations, and hyper-local campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    Work closely with the Operations, Design, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Vendor Management:
    Handle creative, printing, and marketing vendors for timely execution and cost control.
  • Analysis & ROI Tracking:
    Track performance metrics, measure campaign ROI, and provide actionable insights.

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only

Must have experience in QSR / F&B industry (Mandatory)

8–12 years of overall experience in Marketing

Strong expertise in
brand management, digital marketing, and ATL/BTL campaigns

Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

Notice period: Immediate joiner preferred (up to 30 days maximum)
