Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated District Executives to represent our academy across multiple districts. The role involves visiting schools, interacting with students and parents, and counselling them about our educational programs and career development courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools and colleges within the assigned district.
- Conduct student interactions, presentations, and awareness sessions about our courses.
- Counsel parents regarding course benefits and guide them through the admission process.
- Build strong relationships with school management and local educational partners.
- Maintain proper reports and updates of daily activities as per company instructions.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident public speaker with good presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Forms).
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Qualification:
Any degree (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Work Timings:
Flexible, as per company instructions and field schedules.
