Role Title: Management Executive / Officer (Male)
Function: Typically aligned with Dealer & Channel Performance, Sales & Service Excellence, or Operations.
This role serves as a key liaison between Corporate / Regional Offices and the Dealership Network, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and improvement of performance metrics through scorecard frameworks.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Scorecard Implementation & Management
- Deploy and manage organizational scorecard frameworks across dealer, branch, and network levels.
- Communicate all scorecard parameters, weightages, and benchmarks with clarity and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, variance reports, trend analyses, and gap assessments.
- Act as the primary interface between corporate teams, regional offices, and dealers to drive alignment.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars to explain new KPIs or scorecard revisions.
- Conduct regular performance review meetings with regional teams and business heads.
- Continuously evaluate and refine BSC/NSC metrics to align with evolving strategic priorities.
- Deliver clear, insightful presentations and reports to senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
