Leasing Executive

• Tenant acquisition: Source new leads through marketing and outreach, respond to inquiries, and present villas to prospective tenants.
• Property showings: Conduct tours of villas, highlighting features and benefits to interested parties.
• Lease and documentation: Prepare and execute lease agreements, including handling applications, background checks, and collecting security deposits and first month's rent.
• Negotiation and closing: Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants to finalize the deal.
• Tenant and landlord relations: Act as a liaison between tenants and owners, answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating property maintenance.
• Administrative tasks: Maintain organized records of all leasing activities, including tenant communication, payments, and agreements.
• Market analysis: Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide market knowledge to owners.

Skills and qualifications
