"atIronMountain,youwillplayacrucialroleinconvertingphysical documentsintodigitalformatusingadvancedscanningequipment.Yourresponsibilitieswill includeensuringthesafehandlingoflegacyrecordsandmaintainingtheaccuracyofscanned images.Additionally,youwillbeinstrumentalinachievingdailyscanningtargetsusing state-of-the-artproductionscanners,whetheratcustomersitesorIronMountainfacilities.

Qualifications

• Thedesiredexperiencelevelrangesfrom6monthsto1year.
• Proficiencyinscanninglegacyphysicaldocumentsusingoverheadandautomaticdocumentfeed scannersacrossvariouscustomersites.
• Availabilitytoworksixdaysaweek,withaminimumof8.5-hourshiftscoveringmorning,day,and afternoonschedules.
• Basiccomputerandlaptophandlingskills,includingfamiliaritywithMSExcel,MSWord,andthe Windowscalculator.
• Strongattentiontodetail,awillingnesstolearn,target-drivenmindset,andasenseof responsibilitytowardsassignedduties.
• Effectivecommunicationskills,includingbasicemailhandlingabilities.
• Competenceinhandlinginternet-baseddatauploadingandmanualtrackingofinward/outward

registers.

• Priorexperiencewithdocumentscanningorhandlingproductionscannersisadvantageous.
• Minimumeducationalqualification:Anygraduatedegree.
