Job Description:

Minimum material wastage and ensure effective utilization of material.

1) Procurement to Pay.

2) Sending the RFQs, collecting the offers, negotiation and release of orders.

3) Work with cross functional teams like Projects, Business to ensure on-time deliverables

4) Periodic progress monitoring and reporting to his management Co-ordinates offsite and onsite procurement activities for project. Establishes the procurement schedule as per Business/Project schedule.

5) Responsible for reporting weekly progress and represents SCM in Business meeting

6) Knowledge on PO terms & conditions to reduce Buyer's risk

7) Should estimate costing for Equipment.

11) Regular review of order fulfilment activities and ensure On-time deliveries.
