Position Summary:
The Logistics Executive (Export) is responsible for managing and coordinating all export-related activities, ensuring smooth documentation, timely shipment, compliance with regulations, and effective communication with buyers, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: Export Documentation:
  • Prepare export invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and other required export documents.
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
Shipment Coordination:
  • Plan export dispatch schedules and ensure timely booking of containers/transport.
  • Track shipments until delivery and resolve transit issues.
Compliance & Regulations:
  • Ensure adherence to DGFT, Customs, Export House, and country-specific regulations.
  • Maintain proper records for audits and export incentives.
Communication & Follow-up:
  • Coordinate with buyers regarding shipment status.
  • Liaise with production, warehouse, and quality teams for on-time order readiness.
Reporting & MIS:
  • Maintain shipment reports, freight cost data, and export documentation MIS.
  • Support management with export performance data.
Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of export procedures, customs rules, and logistics documentation.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and email communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate/PG in any discipline (Preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade).
  • 10 years of experience in export logistics (industry-specific experience is a plus).
