We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive who can help us expand our reach both online and offline, someone who's confident in communicating with customers and also comfortable being part of our marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build new business opportunities through both online and offline channels.
  • Handle inbound leads from social media, marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, etc.), and website.
  • Assist in creating engaging short-form sales and marketing videos for our social media platforms.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction post-sale.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and accurate communication.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or E-commerce (Freshers with strong communication skills are always welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam..
  • Not camera shy – you'll occasionally appear in short product or sales-related videos for our social media pages.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, online selling, or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Interest in creative products, 3D printing, or custom gifting is a plus.
