  • Staff Management:Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff.
  • Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure the team is meeting individual and store goals.
  • Customer Service:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Inventory and Operations:Oversee the management of store inventory, including stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
  • Implement security measures to prevent theft and protect valuable assets.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Store Presentation and Marketing:Maintain the visual appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom in line with brand standards.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
  • Curate and maintain appealing displays of jewellery.
  • Financial and Compliance:Manage store budgets and expenses, preparing financial and sales reports for senior management.
  • Ensure the store complies with all company policies, procedures, and legal standards.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
