About the Role:
As a Donation Activity Volunteer with our NGO, you will play an active role in creating awareness, encouraging donations, and participating in NGO initiatives aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic, socially conscious individuals to gain hands-on experience in NGO operations and public engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage & Inspire
• Approach mall visitors in a friendly and professional way to share our NGO's mission and stories of impact.
• Encourage them to contribute towards our donation activities to support the poor and needy.
Participate in NGO Activities
• Take part in various NGO programs, events, and initiatives that focus on community development and welfare.
• Assist in organizing and supporting campaigns both inside and outside the mall.
Educate & Advocate
• Explain our projects and highlight how contributions can create a positive change in lives.
• Use storytelling and NGO-approved materials to engage potential donors.
Manage Donations
• Encourage contributions through cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.
• Maintain accurate records of donations while ensuring confidentiality.
Collaborate & Network
• Work closely with NGO team members, mall management, and fellow volunteers to ensure smooth execution of donation activities.
Reporting
• Share daily updates and insights on donation activities and NGO program participation with your team lead.
Who Can Apply?
Education: Open to college students (pursuing any degree) or recent graduates.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
• A genuine interest in social causes and community service.
• Energetic, proactive, and motivated.
Bonus Points:
• Prior volunteering or event participation experience (not mandatory).
• Availability to work on weekends/public holidays.
