Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Billing and Quantity Surveyor Manager based in Mumbai. The role includes preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects, managing and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring that financial goals are met. The professional will oversee cost planning, cost reporting, and related financial tasks, while collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience with preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Strong skills in Cost Reporting and project financial documentation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and independently
  • Understanding of interior contracting and construction processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
