Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate, Bsc / Msc in Chemistry, Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety OR MS/M.Sc(Science) in Environmental science , Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience: minimum 2+ years experience in Water treatment, WTP, ETP, STP plants.
Work location: Nerul in Mumbai
Gender: Female only
Reporting to: Manager – EHS/ EHS officer.
Purpose Role: Ensure continual operations of the ETP plant during shifts, ensuring parameters and identification of troubleshooting.
Authority: To take decisions for the effective working of ETP plant by maintaining parameters and for manpower management round the clock operation of plant.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operations of the ETP cum STP plant.
Maintain required process parameters.
Trouble shooting activities and ensuring regular maintenance of plant equipment.
Ensuring regular testing of ETP wastewater samples and maintaining the records.
Regulating the process operations for efficient working of plant equipment.
Shift scheduling and manpower management for continuous operations.
Maintenance of process records and data for reporting.
Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining documents.
Ensure safe working practices in the plant.
Continual improvements of Environment and Occupational Health &Safety management system.
Disposal of Hazardous Wastes as per the HW Rules 2016.
Analysis of ETP samples, (COD, BOD , TDS, TSS , O&G , pH, MLSS, MLVSS )
Support In ISO Documentation.
Participation in EHS Activities
