Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data management, governance, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Experience in leading and managing data governance initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data management standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement data governance strategies and frameworks.
  • Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a data governance context.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data governance team.
  • Proven track record of driving cultural change toward data governance and stewardship.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills in a data governance context.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical, hands-on execution.
  • Certifications in data management or governance are a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare is advantageous.
