Role & responsibilities
The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
Sales Management - Front-lining sales achieving desired sales objective through Direct and Channel dealers in the assigned territory
Working Capital Management - Ensuring strict working capital control to achieve the gross no. of days and ageing outstanding control
Dealer management - Expanding dealer network in unrepresented areas to ensure territory is adequately covered
Project management - Co-ordinating with design to offer solution that customer needs - Executing the order and ensuring sanctification of the customer in close working with the projects / service team
Organizational Imperatives -Actively participating and originating Kaizens -Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives -Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Environment
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor of Science / Diploma in Engineering /Degree in Engineering with Post Graduate Qualification in Management
- 4 years of relevant work experience for Degree in Bachelor of Science / Diploma in Engineering OR 2 years of relevant work experience for Degree in Engineering
- 1 year of relevant experience in Selling of Industrial Engineering products / Project Sales (or) 0-1 year of experience in case of Post Graduate in Management.
