Role Overview

We are looking for a
highly experienced and motivated Team Leader – Marketing
with a strong background in
US Staffing / Bench Sales Recruitment
to lead, manage, and grow a high-performance marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent people management skills, deep understanding of staffing operations, and the ability to drive consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a
    team of 15+ marketing executives
    , ensuring daily productivity and performance.
  • Define
    daily, weekly, and monthly targets
    for team members and track progress closely.
  • Conduct
    regular performance reviews
    , follow-ups, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide
    hands-on support, guidance, and training
    to improve team efficiency and output.
  • Motivate, mentor, and inspire the team to maintain high morale and consistency.
  • Identify challenges, bottlenecks, and performance gaps and provide
    practical problem-solving solutions
    .
  • Ensure smooth coordination between
    marketing, recruitment, and management teams
    .
  • Maintain accurate reports on team performance, conversions, and outcomes.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional work ethics within the team.
  • Actively contribute to
    process improvement and growth strategies
    for the marketing department.
  • Maintain high standards of
    communication, professionalism, and accountability
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a
    Team Leader / Senior Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter
    in a
    Staffing & Recruitment firm
    .
  • Strong
    people management and leadership
    experience.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and decision-making
    skills.
  • Outstanding
    English communication skills
    (verbal & written).
  • Strong understanding of
    US staffing, recruitment lifecycle, and marketing operations
    .
  • High level of
    computer proficiency
    (CRM, ATS, reporting tools, MS Excel, email tools, etc.).
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet aggressive targets.
  • Willingness to work in the
    night shift
    .
