Astemax Biotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business growth efforts in Kashmir, Srinagar. The primary responsibility is to appoint distributors and wholesalers, expand market reach, and boost sales of our allopathic pharmaceutical products across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint reliable distributors and wholesalers in Kashmir, Srinagar to expand the company's distribution network.
  • Regularly engage with prospective distributors and wholesalers to build long-term business relations.
  • Drive sales growth by creating and executing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the allopathic general range.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels, especially in Kashmir and Srinagar region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with medical professionals and distributors.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and develop channel partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as Medical Representative or Business Development Manager in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Good network in healthcare and pharma sectors in Kashmir and Srinagar.
