Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a
Data Analyst
. The role involves collecting, processing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions across departments such as production, supply chain, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize business performance and KPIs.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive operational and strategic improvements.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across business units including production, logistics, sales, and HR.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Use analytical tools to forecast trends and measure performance effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis or business analytics role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Python or R
    (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate data into business insights.
