Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a keen interest in using data to drive decisionmaking and business growth. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, and providing actionable insights to various departments to optimize operations, marketing efforts, and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Data Collection & Management: Gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.


• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets.


• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights in an easy-tounderstand format for stakeholders.


• Business Insights: Provide actionable insights to support business decisions across departments, such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations.


• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for different business processes and report on their progress.


• Data Cleaning & Validation: Ensure data quality through proper cleaning, validation, and cross-checking of data.


• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the IT, finance, sales, and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.


• Predictive Modeling: Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to forecast business trends and outcomes.


• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve data processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall efficiency of data analytics within the organization.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.


• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to handle large and complex datasets from various sources.


• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling.


• Experience with databases and data warehousing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
