Key Responsibilities

• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.

• Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation.

• Ensure data quality and oversee imports/updates using Salesforce tools.

• Build reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and user training.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

• Support integrations and deployments in coordination with developers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.

• Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).

• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flows.

• Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
