Full Stack Developer (Paid)| EdTech Startup | Remote

Location: Remote

Duration: 4-6 months | Flexible hours

About Us:

We are an emerging EdTech platform focused on delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences. Our current website was built by an intern developer and is ready for a revamp and deployment. We are now looking for a skilled developer who can take full ownership of the platform — maintaining, improving, and scaling it as we prepare to go live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take over the existing website codebase and ensure a smooth technical handover.
  • Maintain, debug, and optimize current website features.
  • Revamp the website's UI/UX to improve performance, design, and responsiveness.
  • Deploy and manage the site on a live environment (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.).
  • Implement integrations such as payment gateways, email automation, analytics, and LMS features.
  • Collaborate with the founder/team to identify product improvements and new functionalities.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization across the stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or ).
  • Backend knowledge: , Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI) preferred.
  • Database experience: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with hosting platforms (AWS, Render, Vercel, etc.).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of responsive design, SEO, and web performance best practices.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in EdTech or LMS products.
  • UI/UX sense — comfortable working with Figma or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of authentication, role-based access, or chat/AI integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience developing e-learning platforms, LMS, or content delivery systems.


• Knowledge of real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebSockets, WebRTC).


• Exposure to AI-driven learning, data analytics, or personalized education systems.


• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps     workflows.


• Passion for education, innovation, and social impact.
