- **Accessibility Test Manager / Architect:** Over 10 year of experience in Accessibility testing for Web and Mobile based applications Evaluate Mobile app, websites, and applications to ensure they are accessible to people with disabilities. Use automated testing tools(prefer BrowserStack, Evinced, JAWS, talkover) and manual techniques to identify accessibility issues. Understand and implement Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and other relevant accessibility standards. Document and report accessibility issues, providing detailed information about the nature and location of the problem. Collaborate closely with development teams to rectify accessibility issues. Conduct usability testing with individuals with disabilities to gather qualitative data. Stay up-to-date with technology advancements and accessibility legislation. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the accessibility of digital content. Prefer working in banking domain and lead the accessibility testing project for online or mobile banking. Create and maintain comprehensive reports about the accessibility status of tested products. Familiarity with WCAG standards and conducting accessibility audits. Strong knowledge of assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver). Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA techniques.
