Experience: 1-2 years
Job Summary:
Koovers is looking for a Telesales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, take customer orders, coordinate billing, and follow up on payments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales, be fluent in the local language, and possess strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to take customer orders for automobile spare parts.
- Coordinate with the billing team to ensure timely invoice generation.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain collection records.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and collections in Excel.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve order and payment-related issues.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Fluency in the local language is a must (spoken and written) apart from other languages
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Experience in order processing, invoicing, or payment follow-ups is preferred.
