Koovers is a B2B platform specializing in automobile spare parts, serving retailers, workshops, and other businesses in the automobile industry. We aim to streamline spare parts procurement and delivery with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Assist in preparing and sending quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- Provide support in scheduling and organizing meetings, calls, and visits with clients.
- Follow up on payments, deliveries, and customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with other departments (procurement, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
Diploma/ bachelors degree in business administration, Commerce, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Malayalam, English
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
